Taipei cityArtie was confined by a short leash outside her former home; eating,drinking, and resting with a muzzle on. She was not able to lie down properly or sniff around like other dogs. Thankfully, with your help, Artie has joined TSPCA’s list of animals waiting to be adopted .
Being still a young dog, Artie is playful and loves to snuggle and is always excited to see TSPCA staff. Thinking she would be awkward or forceful during play, Artie surprisingly showed great maturity and restraint.
Although Artie loves to play, she doesn’t bite on to or nibble people’s hands like many young dogs do, but rather she asks for more petting by licking.
She doesn’t pull on the leash during walks. She likes to trot briskly and would often turn around to make sure her partner is keeping up.
During snack time, Artie is well behaved and isn’t aggressive. Taking the snack in her mouth, she graciously takes it aside to savour, like an elegant lady.
Artie sometimes forgets that she is no longer a small puppy, rushing into people’s arms for hugs with an expression as if to say: Hey! I’m here! Can you see me?! (Not knowing her fur pattern makes her super visible)
Artie is still young and has embarked on a brand new journey. We genuinely believe that, there must be someone out there who is willing to cuddle Artie’s furry body, appreciate her characteristics, and accept her overflowing love.
