轉眼間雞旦已經來協會等家第六年了，雞旦雖然對陌生人的戒心很重，但在中途耐心的陪伴下，總能捕捉到雞旦最可愛、最開朗的那一面。這些日子以來也有人來詢問過領養雞旦，但是都被她築起的心牆而感到退卻.......

雞旦在2017年的元旦，遇到了改變她一輩子的嚴重車禍，當時候的她第七節腰椎骨折，不僅傷害了她的脊椎神經，也導致她不能好好控制自己的大小便。但在經過一連串的治療與復健後，雞旦現在可以正常地跑走，也可以基本的控制自己的便尿，愛乾淨的她總會盡量等到出去散步的時候才尿尿！

曾經受過多嚴重的傷害，經歷過多辛苦的復健，就留下多大的陰影。在小時候就經歷過翻天覆地變化的雞旦，對於陌生人的親近很害怕，所以都會用凶狠武裝自己，但其實心底的她，只是個愛撒嬌、想要討摸摸的孩子。偏大的體型、將進入青壯年的年紀、帶有舊傷的身體、不易親近的個性，讓雞旦的找家之路特別漫長艱難。

【Adoption │ It’s been 6 years, lovely girl Eve is still waiting for her forever home! 】

In the blink of an eye, Eve has been with the TSPCA for 6 years. Although she is very wary of strangers, with some patience and affection, one will see that she is super cute and fun. In the past we’ve had a number of adoption inquiries for Eve, but most people were discouraged by how she is very timid and distant at first.

On New Year's Day in 2017, Eve encountered a serious car accident that changed her life.At that time, her seventh vertebrae was fractured, which not only damaged her spinal nerves, but also caused her to have problems controlling bowel movements.

But after a series of treatments and rehabilitations, she can now run normally, and can control her urination. She loves to be clean and will try her best to wait until she goes out for a walk before going potty.

Having suffered many serious injuries and enduring a difficult rehabilitation process, one can only imagine how frightening it must have been for Eve.

We don’t blame Eve for being afraid of being approached by strangers and acting snappy. Because we’ve seen her soft side many many times, we know she loves to be spoiled and craves affection.Though a number of attributes make Eve very hard to adopt (ex: her slightlylarger size, slightly older age, old injuries, and her unique personality), we still don’t want to give up!!
